Which customers can you rely on?
Now more than ever, business owners need to find out who their strongest customers are. The goal is to capture an audience of those that have potential of becoming the most loyal to you right now. Special offers and sales tailored to your client base will not only attract new customers, but also re-confirm (to your audience) that you're the guys to go to when they need your products or services.

 

Don't forget about your customers.
Can you remember when you began your business? Can you remember what you did to get customers to start buying from you? Especially in our economy, when traffic through your store or phone calls to your office aren't quite at the level they used to be, you might want to recall the days of when you started your business. Right now, when your competition has slowed its promoting and advertising, it might make the most sense to pull ahead and just do that, advertise. The time is now... and when things come around, who are your customers going to remember? That's right, YOU! If you forget about your customers, they will forget about you.
